For some people, the Horizontal Hemisphere (HH) will indicate one size while the Bottom Cup Depth (BCD) will indicate another. The basic premise of the pattern alteration remains the same but is slightly more involved for the overlay pattern piece due to the incorporated cup/cradle of the overlay in the Cambia Pattern.

This often shows up in the form of inner fullness that sits on top of the neckline, flat spot near the CF or breast tissue pushed outwards in a east/west manner. While these differences also exist in the smaller size sets, the larger bust {and small band} also means a larger variety volume distribution possibilities - hence this additional option.
