You may use our Services only if you can form a binding contract with LilypaDesigns, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

LICENSE FOR WEBSITE USE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Website for non-commercial purposes.

On our Website you may view, download (for caching purposes only), and print pages for your personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms of Use.

You may not:

  • republish or redistribute content from our Website, unless content is specifically and expressly made available for republication or redistribution;

  • sell or rent any content from our Website;

  • reproduce or duplicate any content on our Website for commercial purposes;

POLICIES FOR DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS

All Downloadable Products that may be purchased are delivered virtually, through links to the purchased items. You will receive links on your confirmation purchase page and via email to the email that address you use during registration. Downloadable Products that we offer as a free download are delivered via links on the Website.

We reserve the right to limit the number of times that any Downloadable Product may be downloaded. Please save all Downloadable Products after downloading to ensure that You will have continued access to the products.

You may personally reuse the Downloadable Products without restriction. LilypaDesigns grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Downloadable Product you received for personal, non-commercial use. You shall not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, share, assign, distribute, other otherwise make available any of our Downloadable Products to any third party or person.

(Put in plain English: By purchasing you may download and use a LilypaDesigns pattern for your own personal, non-commercial use. You can’t share it with others through any means, including sharing download links, sharing the digital file, printing and distributing a printed file.)

No refunds are available on Downloadable Products due to the nature of digital products. If You experience an issue with your Downloadable Product, please email us.

OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS

All original materials provided by LilypaDesigns as part of the Services are owned by LilypaDesigns, and are provided for your individual use only. You are not authorized to use or transfer any of LilypaDesigns’s intellectual property. All intellectual property remains the property of LilypaDesigns. No license to sell, distribute, reproduce, prepare a derivative work, display or perform is granted or implied. LilypaDesigns will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

COMMUNICATIONS

If you send LilypaDesigns an email, register to use the website or provide your email to us in any other way, you consent to receive communications from LilypaDesigns electronically. You agree that all legal notices provided via electronic means from LilypaDesigns satisfy any requirement for written notice.

LilypaDesigns makes no warranty our Website will meet your requirements; will be available uninterrupted; timely and free of viruses or bugs. LilypaDesigns is not responsible to you for the loss of any content or material uploaded or transmitted through our Website.

LilypaDesigns will not be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption), incurred by you, whether under theory of contract, tort (including negligance), warranty or otherwise, even if the other party ha been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.  If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
