Return Policy
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
If our products (tangible item that was mailed to you) does not meet your expectations, you may return them for a refund.
Items are eligible for a refund if the following criteria are met:
Return requested within 30 days of receipt
Items in unused, new condition in original packaging
Please email us at customerservice@lilypadesigns.com with “Return” in the subject line. Include with your order number and item(s) to be returned. Returns must be approved for a refund.
Eligible items may be mailed to: LilypaDesigns PO Box 1261 Glendora, CA 91740. Returns are processed between 3-6 weeks of receipt using the original form of payment.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs. If you are returning item(s) over $75, please consider a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
PDF Patterns are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of digital products. If you are unsure if a pattern will work for you, please contact us at customerservice@lilypadesigns.com before purchase. For more information, please see our Digital Product Policy.
Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds.
