Custom Order Agreement
This is custom order agreement between LilypaDesigns (the “Company”) and ______________________________ (the “Client”) where the company will provide a made-to-measure bra for the client based on the client-provided measurements. The custom bra service includes up to 3 fittings, a finished bra in basic fabrics (excluding extensive lace and any silk materials), and shipping. The Client will pay the Company $425 for this service in one lump sum OR a 50% deposit to begin service and the remainder before construction of the final bra begins.
Measurements
I (the Client) understand I need to measured myself at least twice to ensure correct measurements following the instructions provided [https://www.lilypadesigns.com/online-measurements]. I (the client) understand LilypaDesigns may require a virtual measuring session where she guides me through the process.
I (the Client) certify that the measurements have not been rounded. They are accurate to 1/8th of an inch or 3mm.
I (the Client) understand I will not stop/start breastfeeding between when custom bra service begins and the final bra is complete. (It’s fine if you are currently breastfeeding. Just don’t stop while you are being fitted and understand that the bra fit will vary according to the fullness/emptiness of your breasts.)
I (the Client) understand I am at a stable weight and will not lose/gain enough weight that would cause my breast measurements to change between when custom bra service begins and the final bra is complete (usually 10+ lbs).
I (the Client) understand that if I did not provide accurate measurements or if I did anything to change the size of my breasts between the time of the measurements to the time any of the fit bras are delivered, the order will be canceled and I will be charged 50% of the price, which is $199.50.
Virtual Sessions
I (the Client) understand that video conferences (via Skype, Zoom, Google Meet or similar service) will be required with LilypaDesigns so fit may be assessed. This must be done within two weeks of receipt of the bra, unless otherwise agreed upon through email.
I (the Client) understand that screen shots (photos) will be taken of bra muslin while on the body to help assess fit alterations. Screen shots will not include the face or head in anyway.
Muslins
I (the Client) understand that muslins (AKA trial bras) do not have the same finishing and/or details as the final bra. This may include unfinished seams/edges, loose thread, uneven stitches and sewn with wash-away-thread.
I (the Client) understand that if I do not return the bra muslins, then I will forfeit the down payment (50% of total) and the order will be canceled.
I (the Client) understand that the fit process will continue once LilypaDesigns receives the returned bra muslin after a fitting session.
I (the Client) understand that the deposit is non-refundable after the first muslin has been shipped and eligible for a partial refund if agreement is cancelled prior to the first muslin being shipped.
Finished Bra, Fit, Care and Additional Bras
I (the Client) understand I may be issued an invoice for the remaining balance and that construction of the final bra will not begin until that balance has been paid.
I (the Client) understand that I may also choose to add additional bra muslins and fittings at $50.00 per session.
I (the Client) understand that once I have a pattern tailored to my body, I can order additional bras in the same style at the regular retail price after the final fitting,
I (the Client) understand if I do anything to change the size of my breasts (weight loss/gain, breast reduction/implants, etc), the bra will not fit as well as before.
I (the Client)understand that once I receive my final bra and am satisfied with the fit, I understand that I must hand wash my bra or machine wash in wash bag on delicate.
I (the Client) understand LilypaDesigns has a “No Returns” Policy on any custom products.
I (the Client) accept the terms of this agreement and I confirm the accuracy of the measurements provided
