Custom Draft Agreement 

This is custom draft agreement between LilypaDesigns (the “Company”) and ____________________ (the “Client”) where the company will provide a made-to-measure bra sewing pattern for the client based on the client-provided mesurements. The custom draft service includes a PDF of the finished sewing pattern (excluding sewing instructions) and up to 2 virtual fittings for ONE person. The Client will pay the Company $150 (pattern + 1 fitting) or $200 (pattern + 2 fittings) for this service in one lump sum. Final Sewing Pattern will be provided to the client via email upon completion.

Measurements

  • I (the Client) understand I need to measured myself AT LEAST twice to ensure correct measurements following the instructions provided [https://www.lilypadesigns.com/online-measurements]. I (the client) understand LilypaDesigns may require a virtual measuring session where she guides me through the process.

  • I (the Client) certify that the measurements have not been rounded. They are accurate to 1/8th of an inch or 3mm.

  • I (the Client) understand I will not stop/start breastfeeding between when custom draft service begins and the final bra is complete. (It’s fine if you are currently breastfeeding. Just don’t stop while you are being fitted and understand that the bra fit will vary according to the fullness/emptiness of your breasts.)

  • I (the Client) understand I am at a stable weight and will not lose/gain enough weight that would cause my breast measurements to change between when custom drafting service begins and the final bra pattern is complete (usually 10+ lbs).

  • I (the Client) understand that the Horizontal Hemisphere, Bottom Cup Depth and Breast Root trace are critical to bra fit. As such, if TWO or more of these critical measurements require adjustment by 1/2” (12.5mm) or more, a complete redraft will be required and an additional $75 will be required to continue work.

Virtual Sessions

  • I (the Client) understand that a virtual session via video conference such as Skype, Zoom, Google Meet or similar service with LilypaDesigns may be needed so fit can be assessed.

  • I (the Client) understand that screen shots (photos) will be taken of bra muslin while on the body to help assess fit alterations. Screen shots will not include the face or head in anyway.

Finished Bra Pattern

  • I (the Client) understand that the finished Bra Pattern does not come with sewing instructions.

  • I (the Client) understand the LilypaDesigns does not guarentee the pattern will be a perfect fit but the pattern will be drafted to the provided measurements.

  • I (the Client) understand that using FABRICS of different stretch percentage for the muslin than recommended will affect bra fit.

  • I (the Client) understand that using ELASTICS of different stretch percentage for the muslin than recommended will affect bra fit.

  • I (the Client) understand if I do anything to change the size of my breasts (weight loss/gain, breast reduction/implants, etc), the bra pattern draft will not fit as well as before.

  • I (the Client) understand LilypaDesigns has a “No Returns” Policy on all custom and digital products.

I accept the terms of this agreement and I confirm the accuracy of the measurements provided.
