Commercial Use License for Production

A Commercial Use License (“License”) may be purchased for each product download (“Downloadable Product”, “Pattern”) from LilypaDesigns’ website (“Website”) for a fee. Commercial use is legal term that refers to any activity that uses a product, service or intellectual property for financial gain.

Email us at hello@lilypadesigns.com the name of the product(s) for which you are purchasing the license and provide either the name of your store or a link to your store. If you are purchasing a license for several products, please provide the quantity.  An invoice will be generated and receipt will be sent to the email address provided upon payment. The receipt is the confirmation and no documents (PDF or printed) will be sent.

LICENSE FOR COMMERCIAL USE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the pattern to create tangible products for sale for the purpose of generating income.

You may not:

  • reproduce or duplicate the pattern in a format that allows others to access or print them including Print on Demand, blogs and 3D programs;

  • offer this pattern for free either digitally or printed;

  • sell, share or rent the pattern;

  • state the pattern as your own work whether explicitly or implied;

LilypaDesigns maintains the intellectual property and rights to all patterns on the website.

POLICIES FOR COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE

All Commercial Use Licenses that may be purchased are delivered virtually, through invoice links to the purchased items. You will receive links on your confirmation purchase page and via email to the email that address you use during registration.

LilypaDesigns grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Commercial Use License you received to generate income via tangible products. You shall not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, share, assign, distribute, other otherwise make available any of our Commerical Use License to any third party or person.

(Put in plain English: By purchasing, you may use a LilypaDesigns pattern to create and sell physical products for the purpose of making money. You can not sell or share the license or pattern with others through any means, including sharing download links, sharing the digital file, printing and distributing a printed file.)

OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS

All original materials provided by LilypaDesigns as part of the Services are owned by LilypaDesigns, and are provided for your individual use only. You are not authorized to use or transfer any of LilypaDesigns’s intellectual property. All intellectual property remains the property of LilypaDesigns. No license to sell, distribute, reproduce, prepare a derivative work, display or perform is granted or implied. LilypaDesigns will be entitled to injunctive relief to prohibit any such violations to protect against the harm of such violations.

COMMUNICATIONS

If you send LilypaDesigns an email, register to use the website or provide your email to us in any other way, you consent to receive communications from LilypaDesigns electronically. You agree that all legal notices provided via electronic means from LilypaDesigns satisfy any requirement for written notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Certain of the names, logos, and other materials displayed in the Services constitute LilypaDesigns’ intellectual property, including, but not limited to, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets and copyrights. You are not authorized to use any LilypaDesigns’ intellectual property without our express consent.

COPYRIGHT

Unless otherwise noted, the design, content and all components of the Website are copyrights owned by LilypaDesigns or third parties and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
